 What will you be doing?

The Manager of Contracts will ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Specifically, the Manager of Contracts will serve as the liaison between Legal, internal business units and external clients. The Manager of Contracts will:

  • Handle lifecycle contract compliance process from kick off through closeout
  • Manage overall contract administration activities to include the overall organization and accessibility of key contract data
  • Interface with Government personnel, subcontractors and teaming partners
  • Develop processes and procedures around functional area as well as cross functional interactions
  • Collaborate and apply expertise to improve efficiencies
  • Recognize development needs and capacity gaps for department and creates specific actions/projects for improvement
  • Maintain contract database and electronic and paper filing system on real time basis
  • Manage related subcontract compliance reporting as applicable
  • Issue Purchase Orders and associated documents reporting as applicable
  • Issue Teaming Agreements and NDAs

What skills do we think our ideal candidate will have to be successful at our rapidly growing company?

Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and extremely organized, have great communication skills, and be ready to jump in and help out on day one:  

  • Bachelor degree or higher in related field
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR based contracting
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint a plus
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment with management, and other internal business units such as Legal and Finance
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules, and an understanding of project plan tasking
  • Ability to travel on periodic basis
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
